Themen: Participants are introduced to the theory of and receive extensive hands-on training in the in situ hybridisation technique. During the course we will pay particular attention to the following aspects: (i) biological sample preparation; (ii) probe design and labelling; (iii) signal amplification techniques; (iv) analysis and evaluation of obtained data; (v) detailed trouble shooting for all steps required.
